Brazil police arrest 2 in foiled plot to bomb Lady Gaga’s packed beach concert Brazilian police say they have arrested two people, one of them a teenager, suspected of planning out a bomb attack on Lady Gaga’s free, million-strong concert in Rio de Janeiro’s Copacabana on Saturday night. Police said the suspects had recruited people online to carry out attacks during the concert with the aim of gaining “notoriety on social media”.
