Top Haiti officials guilty of corruption, anti-graft agency says Haiti's political stability was dealt another blow on Wednesday when the country's Unit for Combating Corruption published a report accusing three members of the island's transitional presidential council of demanding over $750,000 in bribes, further chiselling away trust in the council.
