Police clear US University protest encampments, arrest students Police forces on Friday conducted raids on two University campuses, dismantling pro-Palestinian protests and arresting demonstrators. The student activists are demanding an end to US military aid to Israel, an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the severing of ties between their universities to the Hebrew state.
