Forced labour: US Senate probe finds carmakers used parts from banned Chinese supplier The US Senate Finance Committee has released the findings of a two-year probe which shows that BMW, Jaguar Land Rover and Volkswagen have all used components from a Chinese supplier banned in the US under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA).
