Despite being climate conscious, GenZ struggle to break into green jobs The GenZ desperately want to be eco-friendly and want to choose a company with better climate credentials. But a new survey by LinkedIn has found that only one in 20 Gen Zers have the "green skills" needed to tackle the climate crisis.
